Hugo BOSS announces Claus-Dietrich Lahrs as the head of his fashion house.
Lahrs replaces Bruno Saelzer that withdrew last February resulting from the incompatibility with Permira, the firm ekuitas that have the share majority of Hugo Boss since mid 2007.
The senior staff Hugo Boss does not agree to the Permira decision that asks dividend payment to be higher than the managers so that the profit that is gained by him higher.

The tension in this company not only make Saelzer retreat, also several other staffs, including the head of the supervisory council Guiseppe Vita, that afterwards proposes Lahrs enters the team.

“With his international experience of leading the famous fashion house and his capacity in the distribution field, Lahrs meets all the conditions that are needed by Hugo Boss to take to the higher level a step,” says Vita.
“My aim is to bring Hugo Boss more eksis in the international community, especially in the Asian market and America,” mentions Lahrs in one peryataan official that is spent by the company.
Lahrs will occupy his position officially this coming August 1.
Beforehand Lahrs is the CEO the French fashion house of Christian Dior.
